XYZ phone company came in and said that the processor was completely out on our phone system and yet Telefones-Plus came out and replaced a fuse and I was back in business in 4 hours.

Our company's phone system went down and another phone company said that the parts were not available anymore, and yet I called Telefones-Plus and the next day the system was up and running.

Our system went down at 8am on Saturday morning because of a lightning storm. Telefones-Plus had us up and running by lunchtime --other companies told us it would be Monday before they could even come out.

Joe quit and I can't get into his mailbox because he took the password with him. We didn't know what to do. Telefones-Plus dialed into the voice mail and reset the password --and we didn't have to pay for a service call since they did it remotely!
